When your order arrives, it should be on time and fully configured for immediate use or according to your specifications. Our performance guarantee includes the following:
Free delivery if product is not delivered on time.
30-day return policy on unused products for credit or replacement.
Complete warranty processing on all products.
If a product is visibly damaged upon receipt, lost in transit, or there’s concealed damage on inspection, we will replace the damaged product free of charge. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
If there is an error in your order, we’ll replace the item(s) at no additional cost. Replacement products are automatically invoiced and credited when the (unused) products are returned.
Please note, defective or DOA products must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
Our delivery charges are based on the total weight of all products and delivery time required.
No-Risk, 30-Day Inspection
Not sure which brand or model you need? We’ll deliver multiple products and you can return what you don’t need, subject to certain conditions. Return the products you don’t want, freight prepaid, in original condition and product packaging within 30 days of receipt to receive account credit.
Confirmed Upfront Delivered Costs
You will receive confirmation for date of delivery and total delivered cost once your order is placed. If some products are on backorder and you select to receive the in-stock products first, you may pay an incremental cost for the delivery of the backordered products when released. You’ll be informed of the total delivery charge before completing your order. Your delivery of in-stock products will be reconfirmed by fax or email and can be tracked on Tessco.com. When the backordered products are released, you will receive a similar notification and tracking information.
A Commitment You Can Trust
To meet expectations, we strive to source, stock, and deliver the products you need when you need them. In addition to stocking more than 25,000 product offerings, we leverage an efficient supply chain network and have the capability to customize products to your exact specifications. There are special circumstances where configured orders will require a longer delivery time, may require higher delivery costs, and aren’t covered under our Performance Guarantee. These include:
Out-of-delivery areas
Dimensional weight requirements or constraints
Hazardous materials
Lift-gate services
Emergency orders placed through our SOS program
Special-order products
Orders requiring value-added services
Products requiring extended delivery due to availability and/or sourcing limitations
Order Cutoff Time
All orders received by 5 p.m. will be processed the same day. Any order received after 5 p.m. will be processed the following day.
Note – there are several situations where an order placed before 5 p.m. may not be eligible for same day processing, including but not limited to the value-added services, incomplete customer documentation, or supply chain limitations. Customer Pickup Service
We are committed to serving our customers’ needs and improving our quality of service. Customers may pick up orders directly from our Hunt Valley, MD or Reno, NV locations. Our new-and-improved delivery services offer several features to help our customers meet project deadlines:
Extended Hours – Orders may be picked up until 10:00 p.m. ET in Hunt Valley and 5:00 p.m. PT in Reno.
Pickup Locations – Orders may be picked up at the following locations:

Later Cutoff Time – Same-day pickup for orders entered as late as 4:00 p.m. ET for Hunt Valley and 4:00 p.m. PT in Reno.

“Blind-Ship” Custom Delivery Program
Take advantage of our Blind-Ship Customer Delivery program. This unique program lets you use Tessco as your virtual distribution center. Deliveries can go directly from us to your customers, reducing time for them and costs for you.
The program is simple:
We will deliver directly to your customer or end-user.
Orders will be packed in unmarked boxes (no Tessco branding).
Packing slips will reflect your company’s name, address, and phone number.
Shipping labels will include your company’s name and phone number.
Please note the following:
Only domestic accounts are eligible for this program.
Our program only applies to parcel orders shipping from one of our distribution centers (no freight orders or drops ships from a vendor).

We provide international shipping and handling with these specific options. Optimal carrier or transportation mode is selected based on service, performance and rates.
Direct Delivery Via FedEx, UPS, or DHL – all orders are considered DAP Parcel
Bulk/Freight Orders
Via Carrier – we’ll deliver directly to your U.S. based forwarder (all orders considered CIP)
Via Ocean – all orders are delivered directly to your U.S. based forwarder (all orders considered CIF)
Ex Works/Collect
This does not include the following:
HAZMATS, drop shipments, third-party billing, customer pickups, shipments outside the continental U.S., unauthorized transportation carriers, extreme weather conditions, or acts of God.
Expected delivery dates exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Review our Terms and Conditions of Sale for more details.
