The Optimux-4T1 multiplexer combines four T1 links over one fiber optic link. A pair of Optimux-4T1 units offers simple and low-cost connectivity for four T1 channels at distances up to 69 miles. Optional secondary links provide automatic switchover in the event of main link failure. Various optical interfaces are available as well as E1 eletrical and optical versions.

FeaturesThe Optimux-106 is a cost-effective, simple, plug-and-play, compact (1/2 19¿, 1U), manageable 4 x T1 channel terminal multiplexer, combining four T1 channels and Ethernet traffic (10/100BaseT) into a single fiber optic uplink of up to 81 Mbps (Ethernet throughput is 75 Mbps).
