Jonard Splicer's Kit is a compact set containing a special purpose splicers knife, scissor and leather pouch. The knife features a short 1-3/4" tough, cutlery-steel blade and a non-slip handle. The scissors are made of high carbon steel with scraper and file on one side. Both items fit securely in the leather pouch which can be mounted on belts up to 2" wide
