P.E. Stamped Drawings for SuperTitan

Drawings include one page tower profile drawing stamped by an engineer licensed in the state where the tower is to be installed. The drawing shows the full height of one tower face and does not show any antenna or grounding connection details. The profile lists all the antennas and cabling at each elevation as specified by the customer. Drawing also includes the 4' short foundation section encased in concrete without rebar connections. Engineered drawings show the capacity of each tower leg and brace throughout the tower. The drawings are for "normal soil foundation" unless otherwise specified by the customer. Soil analysis is the responsibility of the customer and is recommended by Trylon before a tower is installed. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to determine a permit office's special requirements such as seismic analysis, detailed connection drawings, etc. Such 'special' services may or may not be available from Trylon. Customer must fill out a tower questionnaire before ordering drawings.

Alaska and California require specialized P.E. Stamped Drawings. See below for correct SKU.

Super Titan Stand-Off Antenna Mounts

These lightweight Stand-Off Antenna Mounts are ideal for smaller antennas used in broadband, SCADA and two-way applications. The additional surface area of these stand-offs and there distance from the tower must be taken into consideration for wind loading calculations.

Step Bolts for SuperTitan Towers

Step-Bolt Kits for Trylon's SuperTitan towers are used to increase climbing ease and safety. Bolts are secured on the tower leg in one foot intervals. The kits listed are utilized only on tower models which that contain sections # 1 - # 12. If tower contains sections #13 - 21 then different Step-Bolt kits must be utilized. Kits are available by special order for all tower heights.

Step bolt kits available for all SuperTitan towers upon request.

SuperTitan Anti-Climb

If your tower may be accessible to unauthorized personnel (especially children), consider reducing your liability by installing SuperTitan Anti-Climb Shields. These shields are 8-ft. high and will help prevent unauthorized climbing. They install on the 3 faces of the tower's bottom section. Three shields are included in each kit. Sheets are available for every SuperTitan base tower section by special order.
