Electric & Magnetic Field Measurements

The new NBM-550 is the first RF survey meter available with optional GPS and conditional storage of readings (with or without voice annotations). With the 550s high-contrast, backlit 240 x 320 pixel display, you get all of the most important information directly displayed for your review, with a minimal of additional keystrokes. Detected levels can be displayed on a time line that clearly shows variations in levels, or numerically in large (0.5 in.) character heights. This new meter also includes features like audible alarms, time and spatial averaging, external trigger input, multiple probes covering 100 kHz to over 100 GHz, standard AA re-chargeable batteries, optical and USB interfaces, new comprehensive software and rugged design. Complete screenshots can be stored for later downloading and analysis, or to be easily added to a survey report. With only 6 major buttons, ergonomic operation allows even a beginner to rapidly learn operation in a snap. A new family of Electric and Magnetic field probes is also available for use with the NBM. Major advances for these new probes are integrated eproms that contain probe model, characteristics and calibration information so the user can quickly move probes between meters without having to perform any programming. The new probes have also been engineered with improved mechanical performance and two-year calibration intervals. In short, this new series of instruments is the culmination of Nardas 40 years of experience in RF Safety and a major advance for your RF Safety program.

RF Personal Alarm

All RadMan monitors are multi-function tools. With the RF absorber cap off, the RadMan functions as a simple instrument with isotropic detection and 4 level indicator LED's that provide an approximate indication of field strength. All models can also be used as a simple area monitor. The ESM-TS Interface Set (Sold separately) allows the user to download the data collected by the XT Series monitors to a PC.
