Cisco Advanced Wireless Bridging Lab v4

The ultimate hands-on bridging experience! Designed to give the attendee the skills to design and configure a wide variety of wireless bridge links using the Cisco 1232, 1240, 1300 and 1400 series wireless bridges including WLAN bridging concepts, topologies, governing body regulations, antennas, design techniques and the necessary tools of the trade. Offers the necessary skills to conduct path analysis and installation of long distance wireless bridge links. Features in-depth instructor led presentations and awesome in-depth labs with attendees aligning and installing bridge links from our one-of-its-kind GigaTower, a 35-foot bridging platform, to other locations throughout the city of San Antonio. To participate in the hands-on labs, please bring a laptop computer with an available 32-bit CardBus slot. Laptop should have MS Windows 2000 or XP OS loaded. Laptop should also have a 9-pin serial port or USB to serial adapter. IN ADDITION, you will need administrator rights to the laptop to allow the installation of the Cisco wireless client and associated drivers & software.
