    Paid Time Off

    TESSCO believes it is important to balance your efforts on the job with some time away from work for rest, relaxation and recreation. We also recognize that team members need to be away from work due to illness, to take care of pressing personal or family problems or to meet certain family and/or community obligations. TESSCO's leave bank was designed to help meet these needs. Team members accrue time on a monthly basis according to tenure. During your first year, you will accrue approximately 2 1/2 weeks of leave time.

    Retirement Savings Plans

    TESSCO's (401K) Retirement Savings Plan is a great way to save money for your future. The plan takes advantage of pre-tax contributions to allow you to save for your retirement and save on your taxes today. In addition to your contributions, TESSCO may also make a quarterly contribution and discretionary contributions during the year. 


    Stock Purchase Plan

    TESSCO's Stock Purchase Plan allows team members to become TESSCO shareowners at a discount by investing through bi-weekly payroll deductions.  Offering periods are every six months with enrollments during February and August. 


    Direct Deposit, Group Banking & Credit Union

    TESSCO offers team members the advantage of direct deposit.  Your paycheck will be deposited into your checking and or savings account on payday.  You can divide your check into three different accounts and/or deposit it into three different banks.  Group banking is available through NationsBank.  TESSCO is a member of Point Breeze and Great Basin Credit Unions.  All team members are eligible for credit union checking and savings accounts as well as lower interest loans.

    Tuition Subsidy

    TESSCO provides tuition reimbursement to assist team members who wish to continue their education and/or obtain skills in areas that are beneficial to their career development and the overall success of TESSCO. Team members have the option of being reimbursed before the start of the course or after grade submission.
