Damaged/Lost Order
Did you receive something bent, broken, cracked, or were boxes missing?
In order for TESSCO to properly process a claim for damage, it is imperative that you check all boxes at the time of delivery, and the sign shipment as damaged. If the damage was concealed, please report those discrepancies to TESSCO within 24 hours of delivery.
Warranties/Defects
This is defined as a product you've used that no longer works as advertised (e.g. you plugged it in or installed the item and it stopped working within the manufacturer's warranty). TESSCO makes no implied warranties, including the implied warranties of Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to any goods or services sold to you. We follow the guidelines set forth by the manufacturer regarding the repair, replacement, or possible credit of a defective item.
Why a Product is Sometimes Rejected
A rejected product is any product that is returned to TESSCO that does not adhere to TESSCO's return policy. Any rejected product can be returned to you at your expense, or can be disposed of at your request to avoid any further shipping expenses. Please see below for what is considered acceptable and unacceptable under TESSCO's standard defective returns policies:
