      Summary of Warranty  Process

      1. Call Tech Support (1-800-ANRITSU) to troubleshoot problem.
      2. Anritsu Service Dept. will issue RMA # (as appropriate).
      3. Customer ships product back to Anritsu (pre-paid) with RMA # on Packing List or on box.
      4. Proof of Purchase may be required
      5. Shipping should be done via a traceable method (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
      6. Customer should retain tracking documentation.
      7. Anritsu will repair or replace per the terms of the product's warranty
      8. Anritsu will return the product to the customers with shipping paid by Anritsu.
