Summary of Warranty Process
- Call Tech Support (1-800-ANRITSU) to troubleshoot problem.
- Anritsu Service Dept. will issue RMA # (as appropriate).
- Customer ships product back to Anritsu (pre-paid) with RMA # on Packing List or on box.
- Proof of Purchase may be required
- Shipping should be done via a traceable method (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Customer should retain tracking documentation.
- Anritsu will repair or replace per the terms of the product's warranty
- Anritsu will return the product to the customers with shipping paid by Anritsu.
