Damaged/Lost Order

Did you received something bent, broken, cracked or boxes were missing?

In order for TESSCO to properly process a claim for damage, it is imperative that you check all boxes at the time of delivery, sign shipment as damaged. If concealed damage, please report those discrepancies to TESSCO within 24 hrs.of delivery.

Late Delivery

Is the entire order late, or just a box?

Please explain the details relative to the confirmed delivery date.

Short Ship

Please confirm how many of a single TESSCO SKU you received compared with the quantity stated on your packing list.

Wrong Ship

Though very rare, the most common scenario would be your receiving a different product from the one you ordered, e.g. receiving a connector when you ordered a cellular case, or receiving another customer's order labeled as yours . Please provide details

Warranties

This is defined as a product you've used, but it no longer works as advertised, e.g. you plugged it in or installed the item and it stopped working within the manufacturers' warranty. We make no implied warranties, including the implied warranties of mer­chan­ta­bil­ity or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to any goods or services sold to you. We follow the guidelines set forth by the manufacturers regarding the repair, replacement or possible credit of a defective item.
