      Warranty Period

      The warranty period extends one (1) year from the date of purchase.

      Summary of Warranty  Process

      1. Contact Telewave Sales for Technical Assistance
      2. Telewave Sales will transfer the call to the RMA dept. (as required)
      3. Telewave RMA Dept will ask customer to provide a Bill to address, Ship to address, product, serial number (if applicable), date of purchase, and where item was purchased
      4. Customer ships product back to Telewave at customer's expense

        -- Write RMA # on outside of box
        -- Include a description of the problem
        -- Ship via a trackable shipping method (UPS, Fedex, etc.)
        -- Customer retains shipping information

      5. Telewave will repair or replace at Telewave's option
      6. Telewave will ship repaired or replaced item at customer's expense
      7. Telewave reserves the right to charge for labor, freight, and/or parts in the event that the product is not under warranty (customer will be contacted before being charged)
