    TESSCO Reservation System

    TESSCO is pleased to introduce a new way for our customers who use a Purchasing Order system to ensure their product is still available when their PO is signed. The unique Reservation System gives qualified accounts 48 hours to hold product until they confirm their PO number. The System is available on TESSCO.com orders only.

    The TESSCO.com Reservation System is intended as a way to ensure product availability, not to request price comparisons. A placed reservation is essentially like an order; once it’s submitted, you are committing to the purchase.

    The process works as follows: when you submit a Reservation on TESSCO.com, you will immediately receive a TESSCO Sales Order just as if you had placed an order. A designated employee(s) at your company will then have up to 48 hours to e-mail your Purchase Order number for that Sales Order. Your e-mail serves as your approval for TESSCO to deliver the order.

    Criteria

    Below are the primary criteria for your account to qualify for Reservation Status:

    • You are currently on Net 30 terms with TESSCO
    • Your account is in good standing
    • You are a monthly buyer from TESSCO or expect to become a monthly buyer in the near future.
    • You commit to purchasing the reserved product within 48 hours
