Tutorial: Blind DeliveryTESSCO receives numerous requests for orders to be sent to an end-user without any pricing or packing list(s) included with the delivery — known as a blind delivery. Using TESSCO.com, you also have the control to create a blind delivery for your end-user. Here is how. Create Your WorksheetBrowse for products or add TESSCO sku numbers and quantities to your worksheet. Then click on "confirm price" and "continue" as you would with any worksheet.
Enter Order OptionsNext, enter your order options on the "Step 1 of 2" screen - such as the purchase order number, your contact phone number, the end-user's delivery address, and payment terms. Once this information is entered, you would usually click on "continue", but not so fast... Specify Blind DeliveryWhile still on the "Step 1 of 2" page, click on the yellow "More" button (see the red arrow below) that is located above your purchase order number. This will bring you to the "Advanced Order Options" screen.
“Advanced Order Options” give you control over packing lists and pricing included with the order's delivery. Simply add the comment "ship blind" in the special instructions field. You do not need to change any of the other packing list options listed above the special instructions field. A TESSCO representative will review your order and ensure the order is delivered blind. If additional clarification is needed, TESSCO will contact you.
When finished, click on the yellow “OK” button. You will be taken back to "Step 1 of 2", allowing you to continue entering order options. Continue With Your OrderAfter entering your blind delivery request you may complete your TESSCO.com order as normal.
