Tutorial: Order History

By going to "My Orders" (under the My Account menu), you can review your most recent 150 orders placed with TESSCO, whether on TESSCO.com® or through another channel such as by phone or fax. This capability works very well when you need to reference past purchases to build a new order.

"My Orders" allows you to view the TESSCO transaction number, your Purchase Order number, the individual's name who placed the order, order status, and the total dollar amount. Should you need to preform a more advanced order search, click on the yellow "Advanced Order Search" button.

You can narrow your results by entering a date range. The system will return all the transactions for that time period, providing the date, store location, name of person who placed the order, amount of the order and number of line items. Just click on the highlighted SO and you'll see the invoice for that SO (see "Print Invoice" section for details).

Another advantage of placing your orders online: you can use your Purchase Order to find the transaction number.

TESSCO.com®'s Order History also permits you to find the quantity you've ordered of any individual SKUs. Just enter the TESSCO part number and you'll see all the invoices on which you've ordered at least one of that part number.
