One of TESSCO.com's most popular business features is printing invioces online. TESSCO.com® allows you to print invoices yourself, instead of calling your Account Manager or our support team.
First, login with your username and password. Once logged in move your mouse over "My Account" and click on "My Orders". TESSCO.com will take you to the My Orders page, listing your recent orders. At this stage you have two options fo rpricing incoices.
Option 1
This first method allows you to print an invoice quickly. If you had any backorders on an order, use option two. On the “My Orders” page enter the transaction number on the right side of the page and click on the yellow “Print Invoice” button.
TESSCO.com will generate a new window displaying an invoice for the order. A print dialog box will also appear asking you to which printer do you want to print the invoice. Choose the correct printer and click on PRINT. If you simply wish to view the invoice without printing, click on CANCEL. You will then see the invoice for your order:
Option 2
To print invoices for backorders, click on the original transaction number on the “My Orders” page.
TESSCO.com will next display the contents of the order. You will see the new transaction number(s) for any backorder releases in the “Trans. No.” column. Click on the printer icon to print your invoice for the backorder release.
Some additional information to keep in mind:
- Drop-shipments and credit memos do not appear on TESSCO.com.
- It is possible to print an “invoice” for a credit memo if you enter the transaction number for the credit.
- Backordered items are released via a new transaction number. If an order is placed as NO to partial, the new transaction number must be entered to generate an invoice – use Option 2.
