TESSCO.com makes it easy to become a customer and/or register with your own login name and password. Here's how:

Become a Customer
- You can visit the "I'm New and Want to Become a TESSCO Customer" page in "How To Buy", or sign up here.
- You'll be asked to provide some basic information about your company and yourself.
- TESSCO will process your application and, once you're qualified, set up your account promptly and take action to send you any material requested and register you on TESSCO.com.
NOTE: if your TESSCO account was just set up that day, it will take until the next business morning for your account to be active.
Registration (for existing customers)
- Registration is fast and easy.
- You only need to register one time.
- Customers can browse products, see pricing and availability, place orders, track delivery, print invoices, view purchase history and more. Customers will need to have their account number, billing zip code, and location zip code available.
Registration Steps
- On the TESSCO.com homepage hover over the "My Account" tab then click on "Registration" which will appear below.
- Read our Terms, and click appropriate Acceptance of Terms button at the bottom of the page.
- If you accept our Terms, fill out the registration form. Please enter your account number in the appropriate field. If you wish to become a TESSCO customer, see the next section. Once you are done filling out the Registration for, click "Continue" to go to the next step, or "Cancel" to return to the TESSCO.com home page. Note: User Name and Password are case sensitive.
- Your TESSCO.com registration will be activated by a Webhelp team member within 24 hours or less and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you, outlining the features of TESSCO.com.
NOTE: if your TESSCO account was just set up that day, it will take until the next business morning for your online account to be active.

Log In
- Log-in is required to use the worksheet or account pages and to view your pricing.
- Log-in process can be as simple as one click: just check the “remember my e-mail and password” button and from then on, the fields will be auto-filled. This is the most convenient option for you; if you prefer more security, you can leave these fields unchecked. If you want to auto-fill your e-mail address but NOT your password, see the section on "Edit User Preferences".
- TESSCO.com monitors network traffic continually. If you haven't used a page that requires logging in in at least 20 minutes, you will be requested to log in again.

Forgot your password?
No problem! It's very easy to reset your password and only takes a few minutes. Just do the following:

1. Enter your login name in the "User ID" field, then click on "Forgot" below the password field.
2, A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm the request. Click OK to proceed. TESSCO.com will send you a tempoaray password via e-mail and confirm that the e-mail has been sent.
3. Open your e-mail client (Outlook Express, for example) and look for an email from TESSCO@tessco.com . The subject line will read “Your new TESSCO.com password”. Open the email and copy the temporary password.
4. Next, go back to TESSCO.com and enter your login name and paste in the temporary password. After clicking on “login”, TESSCO.com will take you to our “reset forgotten password” page. Paste in the temporary password (again) in the first field, and then enter a “new” permanent password in the bottom two fields. Lastly, click on the yellow“>>” button.

You have now successfully reset your password and logged into TESSCO.com. Notice how the site welcomes you and shows your account number in the upper-right corner: Should you need additional assistance you can always call 800-508-5444 or send an e-mail to webhelp@tessco.com.
