Contracts with Cooperative Purchasing Programs

TESSCO has been awarded several State and Local Contracts to provide your agencies with wireless communications equipment. Many of these contracts also allow cooperative purchasing to other agencies in the same area, so you can purchase using their contracted pricing. Some examples include:

Blanket Purchase Orders and Agreements

Blanket Purchase Orders (BPO) and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA), or Vouchers, are commonly used vehicles within state and local agencies.

TESSCO has BPOs and BPAs in place with over two-thirds of the states or commonwealths. In many cases, there are multiple purchase plans within these states that trickle down to the local agencies as well. Some examples include:

Western States Contracting Alliance

The Western States Contracting Alliance was established as a cooperative purchasing plan for many states to use through completion of a participating addendum.

GSA No. GS-35F-0548P is an option for state and local government agencies and organizations: police, public safety, fire, rescue, and emergency services; public school systems, state colleges and universities; public works, transit authorities, and highway administrations; airports and port authorities.
