    Special Financing

    Assignment of Proceeds (AOP)

    You and your bank agree that the bank will pay TESSCO from a cash reserve account. The agreement can be ongoing or limited to a project or purchase order. You and the end user or third party payer sign an agreement in which the third party pays TESSCO directly. In either instance, the agreement might include a financing and security agreement and guarantee. TESSCO expects remittance for only the amount necessary to pay invoices due for payment under the agreement.

    Joint Purchase Order (JPO)

    A joint purchase order allows you to increase your business credit capacity by using your customer’s credit-worthiness to secure a higher credit line for bigger purchases. If approved, your customer issues a joint purchase order to you and to TESSCO, using TESSCO’s remittance address. Your customer pays TESSCO directly, and you will receive your margin within 24 hours. Your margin and customer relationship are protected.

    60-Day Open Terms

    In appropriate situations, an additional 30 days might be approved with the presentation of a government or schools purchase order.

    Personal Credit

    If your business is new and your business credit is not yet established, TESSCO will extend credit to your business through your personal guarantee.

    Credit Card Payment

    For your convenience, TESSCO accepts both personal and business credit cards, including American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa.
