Die-Cast Boxes Meet NEMA and EMI/RFI Ratings
The Bud ANS series boxes are unique in that they are NEMA and IP rated while providing EMI/RFI protection. The double gasket (silicone for the NEMA IP and wire mesh with sponge rubber for the EMI/RFI), moves beyond the traditional solution of metal-to-metal contacts. The boxes are ideal for outdoor or factory floor wireless applications due to the NEMA 12 and NEMA 4 capabilities, or for medical environments due to the IP66 and IP67 ratings. Made from rugged #ADC-12 die-cast aluminum ally with a thick wall (.098-inch) construction, they are perfect for any environment. Bonus features include a recessed area on the cover surface and captive stainless-steel (M4) cover assembly screws. Units are available in both natural (uncoated) and black powder-coated finishes with optional wall mounting brackets.

Adjustable Pipe Mounts
Robust, adjustable pipe mounts are the perfect solution for mounting a microwave dish to a variety of structures.
Universal sliding pipe mounts feature a unique design that allows one easy-to-install kit to be used to attach microwave antennas, UHF antennas, PCS antennas, and analog antennas to round or angled tower legs.
Andrew’s universal sliding pipe mounts can be mounted to round legs up to 8" OD, 60° angle legs up to 6", or 90° angle legs up to 8 inches. Each kit consists of a universal saddle mount, two formed taper adjustment angles, and a 2-3/8" OD or 4-1/2" OD pipe. The formed taper adjustment angles allow the sliding pipe mount kit to adjust for up to 7° of non-incremental taper. Andrew’s u-bolt design allows the installer flexibility to secure the pipe to the saddle mount anywhere needed. Universal sliding pipe mounts are hot-dip galvanized for maximum corrosion protection.
