We developed this four-page questionnaire with the help of our tower partners so you can get the most accurate quotation with one submission.

If you're in the early planning stages of your tower project and are seeking preliminary budgeting costs and design estimates, you may be concerned you can't answer all the questions. The questionnaire is broken down into several sections, with everything from your basic contact info to your more detailed antenna and building code details. The fields highlighted in red are especially critical; your quote can't be processed if they're incomplete.

Please note the tower quote you receive back from TESSCO is only as good as the information you supply. An incomplete form will delay your quote and TESSCO will not provide a tower quotation without a completed TESSCO Tower Design Questionnaire.

TESSCO will not accept faxed or handwritten tower design questionnaires.

After you’ve completed the form, simply click on the Submit button in the form. You'll get the chance to save the completed form before it's sent—please remember to attach your supporting documents (antenna spec sheets, geotechnical reports, etc.) as it will save time for both you and TESSCO.
