Models range from the Arm-Evac 50, a highly portable unit, accepts a wide variety of filters through the high end 250 and 500 models that include pre-filters for coarse particle removal,HEPA filters for fine particles and gas filter media that removes gaseous compounds. The top of the line 500 also features filter-condition monitoring and self-calibration systems.

Plato provides high quality, low cost alternatives to soldering and desoldering tips made by the big name manufacturers like Weller, Pace and Hakko, without sacrificing quality.Their tips are made of oxygen-free, high-conductivity copper and iron plated to resist erosion by solder, ensuring their long term integrity. Plato tip points are finished to ensure corrosion protection, to immunize unwetted surfaces and to provide a precision working surface.

Pace MBT-350 Solder/Desolder Station

The Pace MBT-350 is loaded with features to improve quality, increase throughput, extend tip life, and protect your process. This fully programmable system offers a digital backlit display and the ability to be password protected. Administrators can create an approved operating range, allowing operators the flexibility to do their work, while eliminating the risks associated with giving techs access to the entire temperature range.

To maximize tip life and reduce operating costs, Pace's well recognized "Setback" and "Auto-Off" features are included. The system will automatically reduce the set temperature by 50% then turn off after a user defined period of inactivity. To really protect your more expensive tip-heater cartridge and fine point tips from oxidation, the TD-100 can be used with the new "Instant-Setback Cubby". The Wireless Solutions® Lead-Free Green Two-layer Rubber Mat is designed to ensure that the work area has been designated as lead-free. These special two-layer rubber mats are specially designed for soldering/desoldering areas. Available in mats or rolls, the Lead-Free Green Static Dissipative Rubber Mats will not burn, are chemical resistant, and are designed for use in solder/desolder areas. These mats meet ANSI EOS/ESD and Fed STD 101 standards.

The Wireless Solutions Lead-Free Mat includes a 10’ common point ground, has a ground resistance of 2.8x10⁷ Ohms/Square ( =6x10⁸) . These mats have 0 Mg/L of the following: lead, copper, chlorides, phosphates, mercury, cadmium, and chromium.
