    What is The Difference?

    Unlike other trade in programs, which send a rebate weeks after the unit is evaluated. TESSCO's trade in program provides immediate extended buying power by directly crediting your account.

    How It Works...

    1. Call TESSCO and identify the equipment you want to trade in. Must include Brand, Model #, age, options, accessories included, and serial number.
    2. TESSCO will research and inform customer of trade-in value range pending final inspection (may take up to 72 hours). The value assessed to the equipment is based on current supply and demand in the used equipment markets and repair facilities.
    3. If the trade in value range is acceptable, the equipment needs to be sent to TESSCO Trade In Evaluation Center for final inspection. Equipment must be shipped in proper containers to protect the test equipment via traceable means. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
    4. The trade in equipment is evaluated and a final trade in value is given. If it is not acceptable, the equipment is shipped back to the customer at TESSCO's expense.
    5. If accepted, TESSCO will email the "Release of Ownership" document to the customer to be signed.
    6. Once TESSCO receives the signed Release of Ownership form, a credit will be issued to your account with the appropriate value. This credit can be used to purchase any product at TESSCO.
