For special orders, there's a simple solution: now you can order from TESSCO and send the product right to your customer, with minimal delay and paperwork! Just follow these easy steps:
Step-by-Step Order Process
- Log in using your store login and password (note: case-sensitive)
User ID: wowwireless
Password: tessco1
- Find the requested product on TESSCO.com with their easy-to-use Phone Accessory Manufacturer/Model search.
- Add any accessory(ies) to your TESSCO.com worksheet using the "Add" button.
- View the worksheet and confirm price and availability by clicking the yellow "Worksheet" button, then the "Confirm Price" button (Note: if a product is not available now, ask the customer if they would still like to order it. Tell them they'll receive about 7 days after the date shown in the Availability column.)
- Order by clicking the "Continue" button, then entering your first initial and last name in the "Purchase Order" field (this will ensure you receive commission for the order) and the customer's address in the "Delivery Information" field.
- Charge the customer the total purchase price, including shipping and handling,
- Print the confirmation page and give to the customer as proof or purchase. Tell him or her to expect delivery in five business days.
- Instruct your customers to mail all returns back to the warehouse address, using the return form in their box.
