This solution features a fully integrated power supply and RF communications system with radio, when available, in support of GE’s market-leading Wayside Interface Unit for PTC applications. The power source can be grid tie AC or solar, with designs available to serve southern, central and northern geographic locations. The RF communications system features an 8-ft, 220 MHz antenna mounted to the industry’s only True Positive Stop articulating mast for safe ground level access, and is available in 20-ft, 40-ft and 60-ft versions to meet topographical requirements.
