Andrew Corporation has enhanced its industry leading Quik-Tee sector frame by adding additional hardware and support to increase the frame's stability and simplify its installation. The upgraded Quik-Tee allows installers to plum the frame easily and is the only sector frame in the industry featuring dual pivot points, which permits adjustment in multiple directions to reach azimuths not attainable by other models. It is also the only folding sector frame to feature a universal sliding taper bracket, which provides up to seven degrees of unobstructed, non-incremental taper, compared to the ¾ degree incremental taper most frames offer.

Adjustable Pipe Mounts

Robust Ajdustable Pipe Mounts are the perfect solution for mounting a microwave dish to a variety of structures.

Universal sliding pipe mounts feature a unique design that allows one easy-to-install kit to be used to attach microwave antennas, UHF antennas, PCS antennas, and analog antennas to round or angle tower legs.

Andrew’s universal sliding pipe mounts can be mounted to round legs up to 8 in. OD, 60° angle legs up to 6 in, or 90° angle legs up to 8 in. Each kit consists of a universal saddle mount, two formed taper adjustment angles, and a 2-3/8 in OD or 4-1/2 in OD pipe. The formed taper adjustment angles allow the sliding pipe mount kit to adjust for up to 7° of non incrementaln taper. Andrew’s u-bolt design allows the installer flexibility to secure the pipe to the saddle mount anywhere needed. Universal Sliding Pipe Mounts are hot dip galvanized for maximum corrosion protection.

Equipment Platforms

Now there's a versatile, dependable support solution for wireless system equipment in roof-top or raw land applications. New Andrew equipment platform systems provide an elevated surface on which base station cabinets and other wireless equipment can be secured, eliminating the need for concrete pads. Platforms are available in 10 ft x 10 ft, 10 ft x 15 ft, and 10 ft x 20 ft sizes with or without adjustable legs for raw land or roof-top applications.

Andrew’s adjustable leg mounts to the perimeter of the platform and features a jackable leg that allows the top of the platform to be adjusted from 25 in to 36 inches above ground level. Andrew’s weight displacement foot for roof-top applications can be mounted on the perimeter or underneath the platform and allows the top of the platform to be adjusted from 22 inches to 29 inches above the roof; pivotable legs allow the equipment platform to be used on sloped surfaces.

Self-Splicing Rooftop Bridge Kits

Save space and installation time on your next project with Andrew self-splicing rooftop trays. They offer additional capacity in the same space compared with traditional rooftop kits — and you don't need to buy expensive splices.

The self-splicing coaxial cover kits for SnapStak™ snap-in hangers are an ideal roof-top solution for covering multiple runs of stacked coaxial cable. You can cover triple stacks of 1/2 in, 7/8 in, and double stacks of 1-1/4 in and 1-5/8 in coaxial cable in roof-top applications. Pre-punched with overlapping flanges that allow the covers to be easily spliced together, the kits utilize a newly designed hold down clamp which eliminates the need for an alignment guide. Each kit includes an 8 ft cover, three sleepers, six hold-down clamps, and hardware and are available in three widths allowing up to 36 runs.

WeatherShield™ Connection Protection Enclosures

Andrew's WeatherShield Connection Protection Enclosures seal and protect connectors from the environment. This robust, one-piece weatherproofing enclosure offers an additional measure of system protection by providing a high-temperature resistant, watertight seal around the connectors while also helping to dampen vibration that can loosen connector interfaces over time.

The reusable enclosure contains an innovative trifold seal that provides complete moisture block for installed connectors. Its IP 68 rating ensures an effective barrier against ingress of water, and the ease of installation on hard-to-reach connections and the long-term protection makes it the most cost-effective solution available today.

WeatherShield Connection Protection Enclosures take just seconds to install, even in the harshest weather environment. Simply place the housing around the connector and snap the tabs together. No tapes, tools, or shrink tubes are required. They will will accommodate Type N and 7-16 DIN connections and are compatible with HELIAX® cable, SureFlex™ cable assemblies and most other brands of cable and cable assemblies.

TESSCO maintains a deep inventory on the ½” (jumper) to antenna, 1-5/8” to jumper,  and 7/8” to jumper versions. 1-1/4” to jumper is also available.

Ex-Press™ Expansion/Compression Coax Mounting Band

Andrew’s new Ex-Press™ Expansion/Compression Coax Mounting Band allows the installer to support multiple runs of coaxial cable on the inside or outside of round or polygon structures up to 60” in diameter. It's unique design makes it fast and easy to install.

The Ex-Press Band is the only coax mounting band in the industry featuring both expansion and compression capabilities.  The Express™ Band can be mounted on the inside of water tank access tubes with 36” to 60” inside diameters or the outside of round and polygon monopoles with 10” to 60” outside diameters.
