    Wattmeters

    The Bird 43 THRULINE® Directional Wattmeter is a field-proven portable, insertion-type instrument designed to measure both forward and reflected CW power in coaxial transmission lines under any load condition. With a full-scale accuracy of ± 5%, it accurately measures RF power with low added VSWR and insertion loss. QC (quick change) type connectors and a full range of plug-in elements provide a wide choice of frequency ranges and power levels giving the Model 43 amazing flexibility. Two extra elements can be stored in the housing, one on each side. The Model 43 is easy to use and simple to service in the field.

    The SA-6000EX Site Analyzer is Bird’s newest user-friendly test solution for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting all of your antenna and cable systems, from Low-Band VHF through Microwave. Wireless equipment manufacturers, service providers, and contractors worldwide approve of the analyzer's precision VSWR and Return Loss results. This versatile unit also includes a Digital Power Meter option to accurately measure transmitter power regardless of the type of digital or analog modulation used.     Digital Power Meters

    The latest industry standard hand-held RF power meter is easy to operate and field ready. The EX 5000 Power Meter must be coupled with Model 5010B Thruline Power Sensor or a Model 5011 Terminating Power Sensor. Model 5000 handles Cellular, PCS, AMPS, CDMA, GSM, TDMA, ISM, UMTS, 3G Wireless, WLL, Paging, Conventional/Trunked Radio, Aviation, Military, and Analog or Digital and Television Broadcast.

    Antenna Testers

    The Bird AT-400 Antenna Tester provides a cost-effective, fast, graphical way of determining the quality of mobile and base station antennas. The unit can display single frequency or swept readings scaled in either VSWR, return loss or match efficiency and can save up to 12 traces for comparison or later archiving with an optional cable and PC software package.
