Mounting a Laptop in Your Vehicle is a Snap!

Gamber-Johnson’s new Universal Laptop Seatmount System can be used in any vehicle and with virtually all full size notebook computers. This patent pending design transforms your passenger seat into a firm and secure base for your mobile computer.

The universal Seatmount is designed to maximize user comfort. The arm assembly allows the mount to be rotated towards the driver for best access during use. The computer can also be tilted and swiveled to a desired position to optimize typing comfort. Easily remove and install into other vehicles on your fleet!

How it Works!

Simply slide the anchor plate between the seat and seatback and tighten by pulling the Nylon Seatbelt straps in the front of the Seatmount — That’s it your laptop is now secure!

Toughbook Mounts

Gamber Johnson is the leading manufacturer of in-vehicle Toughbook docking stations. As such, the company now offers docking stations for all popular tough book models.

Panasonic Toughbook CF19 Docking Stations

Gamber-Johnson recently released a new docking station for the Panasonic Toughbook CF19. Designed using MIL-STD-810F test procedures the docking station can be positioned both vertically (Tablet PC) or horizontal (Notebook PC). Incorporated into the dock is Gamber-Johnson's easy-to-use 'lift-and-turn' compression latch which draws the computer down for docking connection.

The new Panasonic Toughbook 19 docking station has four USB ports, three out the back of the dock and one out the side. Also included is a RJ45 Ethernet port. The docking station is backwards compatible with the Panasonic Toughbook 18 computer. The docking station's circuit board is internal which helps protect the board against dirt and dust, plus it uses a floating docking connector for reliable docking connection.

This unit is available without RF ports, or with Dual RF Ports. A Lind Electronics external power adapter that can be hardwired into the vehicle’s electrical system is recommended.

Gamber Johnson NP-PANDOCKS

The Gamber Johnson PANDOCK docks work with the Panasonic Toughbook 27/28/29 series notebooks. They offer port replication, an internal power supply, and a locking security system. This model will also work with the CF-30 Toughbook, but some features of the notebook will not be enabled.

There are three models of this dock, which come without RF ports, one RF pass-through port, or two RF pass-through ports. An optional USB / Ethernet Hub adds 3 USB Ports and RJ-45 Port to the PANDOCK.

New Panasonic Toughbook 30 Docking Station

Gamber Johnson is now shipping a new docking station designed for use with the CF30 only, and includes USB ports as well as Ethernet built-in, as well as all ports offered with the PANDOCK. A Lind Electronics external power adapter that can be hardwired into the vehicle’s electrical system is recommended, as this dock does not offer a built-in power supply.

Radio Racks

ShortStack Mount

The ShortStack radio rack can be mounted directly to the transmission hump, under the dash or any flat surface. This radio rack accommodated two radios and offers the ability to tilt radios individually.

StackMaster Mounts

The base of the StackMaster radio rack can be adjusted to the size and shape of transmission humps, or can be mounted to a flat surface. This radio rack is available in three different models to accommodate 2, 3 or 4 radios.
