Flashlight and Charging Mount Features eCoupled Technology

Gamber-Johnson has partnered with Energizer® to make an eCoupled™ charging mount compatible with the Energizer Hard Case® Professional® LED Swivel Light eCoupled Flashlight. Sold as a package, the charging holster and flashlight feature eCoupled—an intelligent, wireless power technology that is based on adaptive inductive coupling, allowing for the safe and efficient wireless transfer of power. When an eCoupled coil is in the charging zone, the technology intelligently recognizes the product, interprets its power needs, and immediately begins to transfer energy.

The technology is simple to use—simply place the flashlight in the charging holster and it will automatically start charging, even if the vehicle is shut off. Protective measures are incorporated that deactivate the charging mount at 12.1 volts to prevent battery drain.

Molded out of rugged Polycarbonate ABS, the charging flashlight holster features spring brackets that hold it firmly in place when it’s mounted vertically or horizontally, and the accompanying flashlight features three different LED colors—white for intense illumination, red for night vision, and green for pipe inspection. The head of the flashlight rotates 125 degrees to allow flexible lighting angles, and includes an integrated belt clip for a convenient hands-free option.

Lightweight, Yet Exceptionally Strong Magnesium Docks

The patent pending magnesium docking station only weighs around six pounds, so it is less top-heavy, less likely to vibrate and compounds the strength of the mounting solution as a whole, which means less wear and tear on your computer and its connections.

Magnesium offers improved strength and heat absorption with 33% less weight than steel. The interlocking mechanism protects against connector damage and prevents engagements until properly mounted. This dock has forward-facing ports for low-mounting capability, minimal cable strain and minimal swivel resistance. 

Pre-drilled holes align with all Gamber-Johnson motion attachments and a push-button lockable latch is an optional use and keyed alike. It includes Serial, Ethernet, USB 2.0 (4), external video, and sound in/out ports. Available with no RF pass-through ports, one port, or two ports.

The universal Seatmount is designed to maximize user comfort. The arm assembly allows the mount to be rotated towards the driver for best access during use. The computer can also be tilted and swiveled to a desired position to optimize typing comfort. Easily remove and install into other vehicles on your fleet!
