Laird Technologies announces its new versatile, low-profile Phantom TRA(B)58003 Broadband Antennas. The Phantom antenna delivers the high performance and low profile in the 4.9 – 6.0 GHz broadband frequency range required by public safety agencies, utilities, healthcare, and industrial organizations.

Ideal for mobile-to-base data, video transmission, and medical telemetry transmission for both in-building and field applications, this antenna is available in both mobile NMO mount and permanent mount models and provides uninterrupted transmission through patented 3 dB M.E.G. true field-diversity performance that counteracts signal fading in highly-reflective or mobile environments.

Low-Profile Phantom Elite Antenna Now in 5.8 GHz

Laird Technologies, announces the Phantom Elite 5.8 GHz Broadband Antenna. Public safety agencies, utilities, transportation and industrial organizations can now achieve high performance in a low-profile, stealth-design antenna in the 5.8 GHz broadband frequency range. As with all Phantom models, the antenna provides uninterrupted voice, data and video transmissions through patented 3 dB M.E.G. field-diversity performance that counteracts signal fading in highly reflective or mobile environments. The antenna measures only 2.7-inches high and is available with either NMO or permanent N-female mount.

The Ultrasphere In-Building Wireless Antenna is the single solution for multiple applications. The antenna operates across a wide frequency band, from 800 MHz to 2.4 GHz, for AMPS/GSM, PCS/DCS/UMTS and ISM (BT 802.11b/g) applications.

The Ultrasphere design is based on Laird's patented PCB technology. This design provides high performance and good gain with minimal component makeup, which significantly reduces the size of the antenna. Enclosed in an attractive, low-profile format, the antenna measures only 7.06" x 3.17" x 0.67" and can be hidden almost anywhere, making it nearly invisible.
