Laird Vehicular Cellular Antenna Solutions

The patented Phantom® dual-band antenna from Laird Technologies operates simultaneously in the 2.4 GHz and 4.9 GHz frequency bands and features both vertical (VPOL) and horizontal polarization (HPOL). This gives the antenna diversity, frequency agility, low visibility, wide bandwidth, and a low-angle radiation pattern that is superior to traditional gain antennas in most applications. Also included is an industry-standard NMO mounting socket that mates with all Laird Technologies’ magnetic, trunk lid, and hole mounts. Wideband Mobile Antenna Solutions from Laird

Now available: Laird Technologies offers two new wideband mobile antennas — the Laird B1322W mobile antenna featuring a field-tunable frequency range of 132-174 MHz, and the Laird B1360W mobile antenna that does not require tuning and covers the 136-174 MHz span with VSWR of 2:1 maximum. The field-tunable B1322W allows the user to obtain a lower VSWR than 2:1 at a desired center frequency.

All Laird Technologies’ mobile coil antennas feature a performance-critical design and a construction on which emergency responders depend. This includes one-piece solid-brass inserts, virtually indestructible ABS injection-molded housings, and weather-tight bases with built-in O-rings. The Laird GPST821/18503 tri-band low-profile Phantom AVL antennas are a low visibility cellular/PCS and GPS solution for autos, truck trailer and heavy equipment AVL installations.

The Laird Technologies FG821/18503 dual-band fiberglass base antenna is a convenient and highly durable base station antenna. It features unity gain performance in the 821-896 MHz band and 3 dBd in the 1850-1990 MHz band.

Laird Technologies, announces the Phantom Elite 5.8 GHz Broadband Antenna. Public safety agencies, utilities, transportation and industrial organizations can now achieve high performance in a low-profile, stealth-design antenna in the 5.8 GHz broadband frequency range. As with all Phantom models, the antenna provides uninterrupted voice, data and video transmissions through patented 3 dB MEG. field-diversity performance that counteracts signal fading in highly reflective or mobile environments. The antenna measures only 2.7-inches high and is available with either NMO or permanent N-female mount.

Laird Ultrasphere In-Building Antenna — A Nearly Invisible Low-Profile Antenna

The Ultrasphere In-Building Wireless Antenna from Laird Technologies is the single solution for multiple applications. The antenna operates across a wide frequency band, from 800 MHz to 2.4 GHz, for AMPS/GSM, PCS/DCS/UMTS and ISM (BT 802.11b/g) applications.

The Ultrasphere design is based on Laird's patented PCB technology. This design provides high performance and good gain with minimal component makeup, which significantly reduces the size of the antenna. Enclosed in an attractive, low-profile format, the antenna measures only 7.06" x 3.17" x 0.67" and can be hidden almost anywhere, making it nearly invisible. The antenna features 1.6-3.0 dBi gain, making it a great choice for wireless networks, wireless computer networks and handheld devices.
