Lind's line of notebook power adapters allows for many different power sources to run your computer. The adapter can be hard-wired to use DC power from the vehicle. A cigarette lighter adapter allows for use in situations where a permanent install is not practical, or when the notebook is being used with a number of vehicles.

Delay Timers

Delay Timers are perfect for users of mobile communication equipment because they allow for the use of the radio, computer, etc with the power from your vehicle's battery. Lind's line of delay timers protects the vehicle's battery from over discharge and electronic equipment from low voltage and high voltage damage. The device also will turn off electrical loads to devices at a user selectable time after the vehicle's ignition has been turned off. Both 12v and 24v input products are available.

Lind PA1650-1253 Power Adapter

The Lind PA1650-1253 allows users of Panasonic Toughbook computers the ultimate in flexibility when it comes to in-vehicle power. This adapter accepts a wide input voltage range (12-32VDC) and protects your computer with a 15 amp fuse. The unit comes with a bare wire input cable that allows for permanent installation, as well as a cigarette lighter adapter in case your computer will be used in multiple vehicles, or a permanent installation is not possible. The unit works with a wide range of Toughbook computers.

Lind SDT1230-016 Shut Down Timer

The Lind SDT1230-016 Shut Down Timer protects your vehicle's battery from over discharge and equipment from low voltage and high voltage damage. This device turns OFF electrical loads at a preset time after the car engine is shut down. The unit features easy time set and check as well as a speed-up time testing switch. A wide delay time (15 seconds to 18 hours) can be set, and an over-ride switch for emergency operation is standard. 2 +pos. output block terminals each fused with 15 amp. mini auto fuses.
