Where is My Phone Model?Do you ever wonder why TESSCO does not list a particular phone model for Kyocera, Samsung or Nokia? Here are some answers! Old PhoneAs the life cycle of a wireless phone winds down, so will TESSCO’s inventories for those particular parts. Manufacturers reduce and eventually stop production on all parts; unless there is an overwhelming request (usually in the thousands) for that obsolete item. So, when the parts are gone, the model naturally will be removed from our listings. However, TESSCO Outlet offers a medium to locate some of these obsolete parts. New PhoneOEM's are very careful to resolve any bugs that may be found on a new phone before it gets approved for release to customers, let alone Service Repair. Sometimes an OEM may take up to 90 days to release a phone to us. Check with your TESSCO Program manager and we might be able to provide a clue as to your phones' availability. Not a USA VersionWhile TESSCO is the exclusive distributor of Nokia parts to the western hemisphere, we cannot support European, Asian and other 'foreign' models. The phone you have may simply be from a platform outside of our territory. Simply tell your program manager your need (which parts are you looking for), how many quantities, etc and we can begin working for you to set it up!
