Where is The BOM For Each Phone?

To find the BOM for each phone, click on ‘Care Services’ in the upper left hand corner and then ‘Support Library’.

When you see a drop down box for ‘Select Category’, simply find the phone model you need help with. From there you can choose to find operating procedures, download the Service Manual, BOM or find out the latest Field Service Bulletin.
