TESSCO Policy

A full refund is only given for cancellations received in writing 30 or more days prior to the starting date of the course. Later cancellations are subject to a 50%-100% fee. This policy holds true for companies purchasing private on-site courses or any individual purchasing a seat in a Public Open Enrollment course. If a company or individual does not attend (no shows) a class, the company or individual will be assessed 100% "no show" fee.

Online (e-Learning) Course Cancellation Policy

Customers registered for an online course or webinar have a 72 hour period in which they may cancel their registration.

Cancellations received after 72 hours will result in a full charge to the account.
