Training Cancellation Policies

TESSCO Policy

Cancellations received more than 15 business days prior to the start of the class will result in a full refund.Cancellations received 7-15 business days prior to the start of the class are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the course price.Cancellations received less than 7 business days prior to the start of the class will be assessed a cancellation fee of 100% of the course price.Failure to attend with no notice will be considered a no show and the full course price will be charged.

Anritsu Policy

A full refund is only given for cancellations received 30 or more days prior to the starting date of the course. Later cancellations are subject to a 50%-100% fee. This policy holds true for companies purchasing private on-site courses or any individual purchasing a seat in a Public Open Enrollment course.
