Sandip Mukerjee joined Tessco in August 2019 as the President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. He has nearly 30 years of global experience in the wireless and telecom industry in a variety of executive roles including business and strategy development, marketing, and general management. Prior to joining Tessco, he spent three years as the President of the Global Professional and Consulting Services business for Nokia Software. From 2006-2016 he worked at Alcatel Lucent, starting as the SVP of marketing and business development and culminating in his role as President and General Manager of IP Platforms for the Americas. Mr. Mukerjee began his career at AT&T/Lucent Bell Labs, where from 1991 to 2006, he held a variety of technical, product management and global strategy positions. He earned advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering, holds several patents, and has a passion for innovative, enduring customer relationships.
Aric Spitulnik
Aric Spitulnik joined Tessco in 2000. Mr. Spitulnik is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and serves as Tessco’s corporate secretary and principal financial and accounting officer. From 2005 to 2013, he served as the company’s corporate controller. Prior to joining Tessco, Mr. Spitulnik spent six years in public accounting. Mr. Spitulnik received a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Tammy Ridgley
Tammy Ridgley joined Tessco in 1995 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Customer Success and Vendor Management. In her role, she works closely with the best suppliers in the industry to build strong partnerships, go-to-market strategies, and deliver supply chain services. Those solutions are then integrated to meet customer needs across our broad customer channels. Previously, she held several leadership positions in Sales, Program Management, and Product Management.
Outside of her day-to-day responsibilities at Tessco, Ms. Ridgley also serves on the Board of Directors at the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) Foundation as the Chair of the Board of Affairs Committee, and at the World Trade Center Institute (WTCI) as a member of the Women Spanning the Globe Program Committee and Governance Committee. Ms. Ridgley attended the University of Baltimore.
Thad Lowe
Thad Lowe joined Tessco in 2020 and currently holds a dual role as the General Manager of the Ventev business and Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Tessco. Previously, Mr. Lowe held various leadership positions including his role at Airspan Networks as Head of Small Cell Solutions and Development and at Samsung Electronics America, where he served in a variety of roles including Vice President of Technology Solutions & Support and Vice President of Engineering and Network Services. Mr. Lowe received a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Tulsa.
Dave Boullosa
Dave Boullosa joined Tessco in 2017 as the Director of Sales for the Central Region. In his current role as Regional Vice President, Commercial Central, West, and Government Sales, he leads the strategic sales efforts of Tessco’s Central, West, and Government sales teams. Prior to joining Tessco, Mr. Boullosa held numerous sales leadership positions at Nextel, Sprint, AT&T, and Grainger and is a two-time President’s Club winner.
Thomas Callahan
Tom Callahan originally joined Tessco in 2005, and after a short time away, made his return in 2022 and currently serves as Vice President of Infrastructure, Operations, and Security. Previously, Mr. Callahan was at PDI Technologies, where he was responsible for the product development and implementation of a managed security services solution. Before that, Mr. Callahan was the Assistant Vice President overseeing infrastructure and security at the Baltimore Life Insurance Company. Mr. Callahan holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Management from Towson University.
Anu Gupta
Anu Gupta joined Tessco in 2021 and currently serves as Regional Vice President of E-Commerce. In her role, Ms. Gupta leads the team to build industry leading B2B E-Commerce capabilities that deliver accretive economics, improved operating margin, increased brand awareness, and industry growth. She is responsible for Tessco’s online business model, top-line revenue, and the profitability of the e-commerce channel.
Previously, Ms. Gupta held numerous leadership positions globally in E-commerce, digital transformation, and category management. Ms. Gupta holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a master’s degree in Business Administration.
Cindy King
Cindy King has been with Tessco for more than 10 years and currently holds the Vice President and Treasurer position, responsible for Investor Relations, Treasury, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Financing Solutions, Sales Tax, Customer Post Sale Service and Contract Management, to name a few. Prior to Tessco, Ms. King was the Managing Director of Capital Markets for MBNA America Bank, managing corporate finance functions and the establishment of overseas banking operations, and for Maryland National Bank, during which time she implemented the derivatives trading operations, the institutional investor sales efforts, and the corporate foreign exchange risk management group. Ms. King holds a BS/BA from Bucknell University.
Steve Marshner
Steve Marshner joined Tessco in 2000 and currently serves as Vice President of CFD Systems, Operations, and DC Engineering. Prior to his current position, Mr. Marshner was a project manager and plant engineer. For 17 years, he focused on developing the Tessco’s Warehouse Management Systems and the associated third party and middleware software systems.
Previously, he was a production manager and plant engineer for a decorative injection-molding and assembly company specializing in automotive and commercial markets. Prior to that position, Mr. Marshner was a test engineer for a local R&D research firm specializing in smoke screening systems for the U.S. Army.
Kelly Mavias
Kelly Mavias is the Vice President of Sales for the Carrier Ecosystem at Tessco. She has been with Tessco for 13 years, starting as a Program Manager for the first 10 years, followed by her role as leader of the Program Management team. For the past three years, Ms. Mavias has been part of the Sales Leadership team. She is focused on building and executing on a strategy that delivers continuous growth within the carrier market.
Steve Schiech
Steve Schiech joined Tessco in July of 2015 and is currently the Regional Vice President, Commercial East, NSP, and Utility Sales. Previously, he held multiple positions at Tessco, including Account Manager for the Private System Operator Market and Director of various sales regions. Mr. Schiech holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Virginia Tech.
Justin Seda
Justin Seda joined Tessco in 2021 and currently serves as Corporate Controller. Prior to Tessco, Mr. Seda worked for two years at Personal Genome Diagnostics as assistant controller and six years in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Mr. Seda holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Towson University and is currently pursuing his MBA at Loyola University Maryland.
Brian Strickler
Brian Strickler originally joined Tessco in 2012, and after a short time away, made his return in 2022 and currently serves as Vice President of Enterprise Systems. Mr. Strickler has been in the enterprise applications industry for over 20 years, including nine years at Tessco with six of those years serving as Director of Enterprise Systems. In his current role, he is focused on aligning his organization with Tessco’s business initiatives and pushing the organization to the cutting edge of technology. Previously, Mr. Strickler served as the Director of ERP at McCormick & Company in a leadership role on their global SAP project. Mr. Strickler received master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Stevenson University.
