TESSCO Return Policy

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, we are happy to accept standard returns within 30 days that meet the following guidelines.

Standard Returns

  • Product must be in original condition.
  • Product must be in original product packaging, uncut, unaltered, unused and include all components and manuals.
  • Product must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery at your expense through a "traceable means"(e.g. certified mail, UPS or FedEx).
  • Credit is issued for returned products, less performance and delivery guarantee charges.

Items Not Returnable

  • Installed equipment and software.
  • Items listed as non-cancellable/non-returnable.
  • Value-added/tuned product.
  • Cut-to-length cable.
