Not sure which brand or model you need? We'll deliver multiple products and you can return what you don't need, subject to certain conditions. Return the products you don’t want, freight prepaid, in original condition and product packaging within 30 days of receipt to receive account credit.
You will receive confirmation for date of delivery and total delivered cost once your order is placed. If some products are on backorder and you select to receive the in-stock products first, you may pay an incremental cost for the delivery of the backordered products when released. You’ll be informed of the total delivery charge before completing your order. Your delivery of in-stock products will be reconfirmed by fax or email and can be tracked on Tessco.com. When the backordered products are released, you will receive a similar notification and tracking information.
To meet expectations, we strive to source, stock, and deliver the products you need when you need them. In addition to stocking more than 25,000 product offerings, we leverage an efficient supply chain network and have the capability to customize products to your exact specifications. There are special circumstances where configured orders will require a longer delivery time, may require higher delivery costs, and aren’t covered under our Performance Guarantee. These include:
All orders received by 5 p.m. will be processed the same day. Any order received after 5 p.m. will be processed the following day.
Note – there are several situations where an order placed before 5 p.m. may not be eligible for same day processing, including but not limited to the value-added services, incomplete customer documentation, or supply chain limitations.
