Order Resolution and Return Policy

Tessco Return Policy

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, we are happy to accept standard returns within 30 days that meet the following guidelines.

Standard Returns

  • Product must be in original condition.
  • Product must be in original product packaging, uncut, unaltered, unused and include all components and manuals.
  • Product must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery at your expense through a “traceable means”(e.g. certified mail, UPS or FedEx).
  • Credit is issued for returned products, less performance and delivery guarantee charges.

Items Not Returnable

  • Installed equipment and software.
  • Items listed as non-cancellable/non-returnable.
  • Value-added/tuned product.
  • Cut-to-length cable.

Tessco Returns Process

  • Print Tessco Return Request.
  • Complete the form with required order information below:
    1. Original Sales Order
    2. Tessco SKU#/Part Number
    3. Quantity of the item being returned
    4. Why is the item(s) being returned?
  • Place complete form in the box and send your return package through traceable means (e.g. UPS or FedEx) to the address on the form.

Assigned Account Guidelines

For Stock Balance and Defective Returns:
You MUST contact your Tessco Sales team to receive an approved RMA

Once you have received an approved RMA, follow the guideliness below to return the product to Tessco. These guidelines must be followed or the return will be rejected.

Return Guidelines

  • The product is included on the approved RMA
  • Each box must be labeled with the corresponding RMA number.
  • If there are multiple boxes, the outside of each box must be labeled with a cound (i.e. 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3)
  • The RMA paperwork is included in all boxes, for all shipments.
  • The product must be shipped to arrive within 30 days of the expiration period
  • The quantities for each SKU match what is indicated on the RMA
  • Product is in resalable condition.
    1. No Stickers/labels
    2. No dents/dings in the packaging
    3. No damaged/used accessories
    4. No open packaging
    5. No markings
    6. No Tears

Tessco guarantees to deliver your orders complete, on-time, and error free. Please inspect orders upon receipt and follow the appropriate action to address any concerns.

  • Has not arrived or arrived late
  • Missing products
  • Arrived damaged
  • Received wrong product
  • Received more items than ordered

* Product defect – item is inoperable upon receipt or stopped working while in use.
