Sandip Mukerjee joined Tessco in August 2019 as the President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. He has nearly 30 years of global experience in the wireless and telecom industry in a variety of executive roles including business and strategy development, marketing and general management. Prior to joining Tessco, he spent three years as the President of the Global Professional and Consulting Services business for Nokia Software. From 2006-2016 he worked at Alcatel Lucent, starting as the SVP of marketing and business development and culminating in his role as President and General Manager of IP Platforms for the Americas. Mr. Mukerjee began his career at AT&T/Lucent Bell Labs, where from 1991 to 2006, he held a variety of technical, product management and global strategy positions. He earned advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering, holds several patents and has a passion for innovative, enduring customer relationships.
Tim Bryan
Tim Bryan joined the Board of Directors in 2021. Mr. Bryan currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative (NRTC). Prior, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of ICO Global Communications, the Chief Financial Officer of Craig McCaw’s Eagle River Holdings, and the President of United Pan Europe Communications (UPC) (now Liberty Global), to name a few. Mr. Bryan served and is serving on many Board of Directors, including Nextel Communications, Clearwire Communications, OpenTV, FirstNet, where he chaired the Finance Committee of the Board, and the Arris Group, where he sits on the Audit Committee.
Matthew Brewer
Matthew Brewer joined the Board of Directors in 2022. Mr. Brewer currently serves as an Equity Partner of Bartlit Beck, LLP. In that role, he represents and advises major U.S. and international companies in potential and actual commercial disputes, including contract, intellectual property, antitrust, false advertising, and product liability. He has served on the Board of Commissioners of the Chicago Housing Authority and on the Board of Governors of the Metropolitan Planning Council. Mr. Brewer also served on the Board of Directors of Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, a youth development organization.
Steven T. Campbell
Steve Campbell joined the Board of Directors in 2021, bringing extensive experience in the wireless telecommunications, computer networking and petroleum industries. From 2005 until his retirement in 2020, Mr. Campbell served at United States Cellular Corporation, UScellular, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. In that role, he led UScellular’s strategy, finance, supply chain, legal and regulatory affairs, real estate, and inter-carrier business activities. Prior to joining UScellular in 2005, Mr. Campbell held senior leadership positions in finance and operations at 3Com Corporation, U.S. Robotics Corporation, and Amoco Corporation. He began his professional career at Price Waterhouse & Co., now PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Mr. Campbell is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Quincy University and previously served as a member of the board of directors of both UScellular and UCAN, a non-profit social services organization that assists youth who have been removed from their homes for reasons of abuse or neglect.
Stephanie Dismore
Stephanie Dismore joined the Tessco Board of Directors in 2020. Ms. Dismore has more than 20 years of experience at HP, where she is the Senior Vice President and Managing Director, North America. In this role, she is responsible for leading all aspects of HP’s market strategy, managing the multibillion-dollar P&L for the company’s largest geographic region, and overseeing sales engagements for commercial, consumer, and public sector customer segments. Ms. Dismore is Chair of the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area and is a Board Member for the Anti-Defamation League and the Consumer Technology Association. She also serves on advisory boards for organizations including CDW and City of Hope.
Vernon Irvin
Vernon Irvin joined Tessco’s Board of Directors in 2021. Mr. Irvin currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Globalization Partners (G-P), the leading Global Employment Platform™ that makes it fast, simple, and compliant for companies to hire anyone, anywhere. He leads G-P’s revenue generation efforts with oversight of the entire Global Revenue organization, including sales, partners, business development, revenue operations, sales enablement, and training teams. Mr. Irvin brings over 30 years of enterprise and SaaS sales leadership experience across direct and channel organizations serving both public and private sectors at multi-billion-dollar scale. He has also led enterprise sales organizations covering 60 countries, leveraging indirect channels, partners, and alliances to grow deal flow and book orders.
Kathleen McLean
Kathleen McLean joined the board in 2021. She has extensive experience in consulting, technology, telecommunications, and customer service for public companies. Since 2016, Ms. McLean has been a consultant and coach for senior executives in global corporations. Prior, she served as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Customer Officer for ADT Inc. Before joining ADT, she served as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Information Officer at FairPoint Communications, Inc. and in senior leadership positions in technology, sales, and service at Verizon Communications, Inc. Ms. McLean is a Governance Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
