How do I register as a Tessco customer?
To register as a Tessco customer, click the button below. You will be directed to a registration form to provide your customer information and create your username and password for tessco.com. Once completed, you will then be signed in to tessco.com and your information will be reviewed by our team. You will hear back from us via the email address you provided once your account is fully activated.
How do I register as a member of an existing customer account?
When you are on the website, click ‘Sign In or Register’ in the upper right hand corner of the page.
Click ‘Register’.
Click ‘Join Existing Account.’
From here you will need to fill in your company 10-digit account number. The 10-digit account number will be different than your current 7-digit account number. This number can be found on a previous packing slip or invoice. Call us at 800-856-5083 if you need assistance.
Click ‘Continue.’
You will then be asked to fill out your user information and login information.
After you fill out your information, read Tessco’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy forms and click ‘Accept and Agree’ upon completion.
If you would like to receive exclusive Tessco email offers and promotions, click that box too.
When you have everything filled out, click ‘Register.’
Your account will then be reviewed, verified, and set up. Once your new account is ready, you will receive an email notifying you. Before then, you can login, but will not see account pricing or order history. You also won’t be able to place an order until you are verified as a member of the account. After you receive your confirmation email that your account is ready, you may then log in and begin placing orders.
How do I log in to my tessco.com account?
When you are on the website, click ‘Sign In or Register’ in the upper right hand corner of the page.
If you had an account on Tessco’s previous website, your username will remain the same. However, your password will need to be reset upon logging in for the first time.
To reset your password, click ‘Forgot Your Password’.
Make sure you enter your username and NOT your email address.
You will then receive an email with a link that will allow you to reset your password. The password reset will require you to click on the reset password link as opposed to returning to the login page.
Once you have completed your password reset, return to the Tessco.com login page.
Enter your username and new password and click ‘Login’.
I can see list price, but how do I get better pricing?
If you are already a Tessco customer, log in to see your company pricing. If you are not a current Tessco customer, request a new account. You can also contact your Tessco account manager or call 800-472-7373 for further assistance.
I forgot my tessco.com password. How do I reset it?
If you forgot your tessco.com password, simply click ‘Sign In’ then click ‘Forgot/Reset Password.’ You will be prompted to enter your username, then a new, temporary password will be emailed to you. After logging in to your account with the temporary password, you will be prompted to reset your password.
What should I do if I encounter an error?
If you encounter an error while on tessco.com, email webhelp@tessco.com. In your email, specify your browser, account number, and a description of the error, including where the error occurred and any messaging. Provide a screenshot, if possible.

How can I subscribe to your email list?
For those wanting to subscribe to our email list without a tessco.com account, register as a new user by clicking ‘Sign In’ located at the top right-hand side of the page, then click ‘Register.’ By registering, you will be subscribed to our email list.
If you already have a tessco.com account and want to subscribe to our emails, sign into your account, click on ‘Settings,’ then click ‘Subscriptions’ to join the email list.
To subscribe to our email list, visit tessco.com and register as a new user using the registration form on the Sign In page.
How can I unsubscribe from your email list?
To update your email preferences, sign into your tessco.com account, click on ‘Settings,’ then click ‘Subscriptions’ to opt out of receiving our emails. Or you can contact your Tessco account manager.
How do manage my account addresses and select my default address?
Once logged in, select the account drop down menu on the right-hand side of the page and click ‘Addresses.’
Click ‘Change Selected Addresses’ for a full list of all the addresses associated with the account.
Select the addresses relevant to you and deselect the ones that are not.
Once your selections are made, click ‘Use Selected Address.’
If you have more than one address, select one to be your default address by clicking ‘Use Default Address.’
Reminders:
• Users cannot add, remove, or update corporate addresses.
• Based upon the address(es) you select, you will see a filtered list of orders. You will only see order history and quotes for the selected addresses and orders shipped to addresses not selected will be hidden.
How do I save my cart on tessco.com? Once my cart is saved, how do I access and manage it?
Once logged in, open your cart and click ‘Save Cart’ on the right-hand side.
Enter the desired cart name and description, then click ‘Save Cart.’
To access your saved carts, click ‘Saved Carts and Quotes’ from within the account drop down menu on the right-hand side of the page.
To restore a saved cart, click the cart name and click ‘Restore.’
When purchasing a saved cart, you have the option of deleting the cart or keeping the cart saved for reoccurring purchases.
Reminders:
• Users can only have one active cart, so if there are items still in the active cart while restoring a saved cart, you will be asked if you would like to save the active cart.
• Changes to your saved cart can only be made once promoted to your active cart.
• You can create a new cart from within the saved cart.
How do I create a quote?
Once logged in, add the desired products to your cart.
Open your cart and click ‘Create Quote.’
Enter your shipping details and confirm the shipping information on the right-hand side of the screen is correct.
Click ‘Submit Quote.’
Your quote will then be submitted for final price calculation.
Refresh your page and click on ‘Export PDF’ to view as a PDF.
Your quote can then also be converted to an order.
Reminder: If a sales rep creates a quote for you, it can be viewed on tessco.com. All your quotes can be accessed under the account drop-down menu titled ‘Saved Carts & Quotes’.
