Tessco LLC, a leading value-added distributor and solutions provider for wireless infrastructure, has an important update on several of Cambium Networks’ core fixed-wireless products you may use. Airspan has announced its acquisition of the Cambium PMP 450, PTP 670, PTP 700, cnWave, and cnReach product lines, along with associated software.

What Does That Mean for You & What We Know So Far:

• Warranty and Support: Airspan has assumed these commitments for the acquired products.
• cnMaestro: Airspan plans to keep cnMaestro operational for these products and has added a substantial number of its developers to its team.
• Open Orders: Airspan intends to fulfill existing orders. Orders scheduled to ship before Thursday, October 22 will be handled through the surviving Cambium entity with Airspan’s support.
• PTP 820/850: These products are not yet confirmed as part of the acquisition. Airspan is negotiating with the OEM supplier with the goal of continuing sales, support, and cnMaestro management.
