Greetings to Tessco Customers, Suppliers, and Friends:
On behalf of our entire Tessco team, I am writing to share with you our plan of operation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our priorities are clear – employee health and safety; and business continuity.
I will share the steps we have taken, but first want to make clear that Tessco remains open for business. We are continuing to process orders and satisfy the needs of our customers. Our sales and customer service teams are here to process and/or expedite your orders and distribution centers remain open and fully operational. We are coordinating closely with suppliers and freight companies to ensure we support our customers’ needs and schedules. Our website is fully functional and able to accept orders and provide information you may be seeking regarding the many products and solutions available from Tessco.
At all Tessco locations, we have taken the following steps:
Authorized and encouraged team members to work from home wherever and whenever possible until further notice. System-wide testing was performed over the last 1-2 weeks to ensure employees have all the technology they utilize in the office, available and functional from their respective homes.
Eliminated all travel until conditions warrant otherwise.
Temporarily eliminated visits to our offices.
During these unprecedented times, we will keep you updated, as we continue to monitor and fine tune our actions.
