Smart Building Solution for Corporate Enterprise Customer

Customer Need:

A large corporation with locations throughout the United States required enhanced insight into their buildings and operational systems for improved efficiencies and cost savings. Some of the areas they needed visibility for included HVAC systems, power systems, temperature, humidity, water detection, lighting, motion, and door open/close status.

Tessco Solution:

Tessco worked with a value-added reseller (VAR) to put together a solution that consisted of wireless sensors, gateways and a software management platform. We kitted and delivered all products for each location, which simplified logistics for the installation VAR.

Benefits to Customer:

The customer now has real-time visibility into their buildings and operational systems. This includes real-time alerts of critical issues as well as the ability to monitor activities throughout their buildings. Overall, this solution delivered a centralized management system that has reduced costs and provided better visibility of activities within the customer’s buildings.
