We are happy to accept standard returns within 30 days. In order to be eligible for a refund, the following guidelines must be met.
Standard Returns
Product must be in original condition as you received it (original product packaging, uncut, unaltered, unused, and include all components and manuals).
Product must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery at the buyer’s expense through a “traceable means” (e.g., certified mail, UPS, or FedEx).
Credit will be issued for returned products, less performance and delivery guarantee charges.

Products listed as non-cancellable/non-returnable
Value-added/tuned product
Cut-to-length cable
Return Request Process
Open your Order History from your account dropdown menu.
On the Order History page, select the Sales Order Number that contains the product(s) you wish to be returned.
The Sales Order page appears displaying all the products within the order. Please select the checkbox associated with the product(s) they’re returning.
Note: Only eligible products will display a checkbox. Products that are ineligible for return display a message noting the product is ineligible for return and also provides a link to the Return Policy & Resolution page as well as a phone number to call for assistance.
With the checkboxes selected, click the Return Items button.
The Return Order form will display. You will need to complete the following fields:
Is the product in original condition as received (Yes/No radio button)
Quantity Returned
Tracking Number
Reason for Return
With the form completed, click the Submit button.
At this point, you will be taken to an online/printable copy of the form to send back to Tessco along with the product(s) being returned.

Our guarantee is to deliver your orders complete, on-time, and error-free. However, discrepancies may occur that are beyond our control. Please inspect orders upon receipt and follow the appropriate action to address any concerns.

*Product defect – item is inoperable upon receipt or stopped working while in use.
