We are happy to accept standard returns within 30 days. In order to be eligible for a refund, the following guidelines must be met.
Product must be in original condition as you received it (original product packaging, uncut, unaltered, unused, and include all components and manuals).
Product must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery at the buyer’s expense through a “traceable means” (e.g., certified mail, UPS, or FedEx).
Credit will be issued for returned products, less performance and delivery guarantee charges.

Place completed form in the box and send your return package through traceable means (e.g. UPS or FedEx) to the address on the form.
