Q: Will my existing tessco.com login credentials work on the new website?
A: No. Your username will be the same as your old tessco.com username. However, you will need to create a new password for the new website. To do this, reset your password by clicking sign in, followed by Reset/Forgot Password.

Q: What should I do if I encounter an error?
A: If for any reason you encounter an error on the website, please email email@example.com. In your email, please specify your browser, account number, and a description of the error, including where the error occurred and any messaging. A screenshot is much appreciated.
