Q: Will my existing login credentials work on the new website?
A: No. Your username will be the same as your old username.  However, you will need to create a new password for the new website.  To do this, reset your password by clicking sign in, followed by Reset/Forgot Password.

Q: How do I login for the first time?
A: To login for the first time, click forgot password and enter your username.  You will then receive an email with your temporary password.  Once you login with your temporary password, you will have the ability to create your new password.  When creating your new password, the old password will be the temporary password.

Please Note: If you had a username, you do not need to register.

A: In order to complete your purchase, you must first login to the website.  If you login and you still cannot checkout, you may not be an authorized buyer.  To become an authorized buyer, please call either your account manager or 1-800-856-5083.

Q: What should I do if I encounter an error?
