EMR's BDAMON2(NFPA72) bidirectional signal booster accessory allows 24/7 system monitoring via the internet with a web browser or an SNMP manager. The NFPA version has alarm notices that can send information to as many as five email addresses. SNMP traps can also be sent. Alarm conditions can be viewed and reset via a web page. The NFPA version also provides individual dry contacts, an NFPA requirement. These options assure that the BDA is functioning, reduces the need for service calls and provides compliance with local and national operation standards.
