Transtector's indoor HazLoc rated AC surge protector provides overvoltage protection for your equipment and supports long-term system reliability. It does so by absorbing high amounts of transient energy while maintaining a low clamping voltage. This industrial surge protector for AC helps prevent damage from VAC overvoltage that can be caused by lightning surge and other strong electrical power spikes.
It has a maximum amperage of 10 kA and uses Silicon Avalanche Suppression Diode (SASD) circuits to protect electrical devices from spikes in alternating current power.
