Transtector's APEX IMAX AC panel surge protector with metal enclosure. This AC SPD rovides overvoltage protection for your equipment and supports long-term system reliability by absorbing high amounts of transient energy while maintaining a low clamping voltage. It is a split-phase surge protector panel for lightning protection and other spikes in electrical power with a maximum amperage of 160 kA.

It uses Silicon Avalanche Suppression Diode (SASD) and Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV) circuits to protect electrical devices from spikes in alternating current power.
