Transtector's APEX IV X5 AC panel surge protector. This AC SPD is designed to protect sensitive electric and electronic equipment from transient voltage. It is a split-phase surge protector panel for lightning protection and other spikes in electrical power with a maximum amperage of 30 kA.
It uses Silicon Avalanche Suppression Diode (SASD) and Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV) circuits to protect electrical devices from spikes in alternating current power.
