RuggedMAX WiN7225-5 is a WiMAX base-station with a small form factor that operates in the 3.6Ghz to 3.7Ghz band. The WiN7225-5 offers a single sector base station that can be easily installed on poles, street lights or on walls. The base station is powered via a proprietary PoE injector (RP100-HI-RM-XX) and is easily provisioned. The use of MIMO radio technology enables peak link performance by maintaining maximum bandwidth and service coverage. External antennas are connected via N-type female, and the optional GPS antenna is connected via TNC female port. The WiN7225-5 offers a standard 5 year warranty from RuggedCom.
