This drawing package includes a custom foundation design analysis based upon customer-supplied geotechnical reports. This foundation drawing provides only excavation details, concrete details, quantity and size of rebar, reactions at the base, overturning moment. It does NOT include seismic analysis, detailed rebar drawings or other non-standard foundation requirements.BRBRContact your local building code authority or permit office before you order the tower to determine if this is required to determine if your local building codes require a P.E. stamped foundation design. If they do, a more expensive tower may be required. In order for TESSCO to process your request for this drawing you must submit an official geotechnical soils report along with your tower order.BRBRTESSCO highly recommends that customers always hire a 3rd party geotechnical consultant to conduct a geotechnical soils report at the tower installation site.
